IS-U Contract Account CRM Business Agreement Replication Error

İş anlaşması sınıfı mevcut değil , BUAG nesnesi için numara alanı aralığı mevcut değil CRMC_BUAG_NUMBERS probleminin çözümüdür.

Symptoms:

• During the initial download of business agreements different errors occurs
• I’m working on Contract account / business agreement replication.
  I got below error in SMW01.
  Business agreement class does not exist
  For object BUAG , number range interval does not exist CRMC_BUAG_NUMBERS
  One or more errors occurred when the BAPI was called
• Business Agreement 000001001110: following errors have occurred
  Business agreement class does not exist
  For object BUAG , number range interval does not exist CRMC_BUAG_NUMBERS
  One or more errors occurred when the BAPI was called
  Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUAG_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUAG_MAIN.
• BDOC Validation Error , BUAG_MAIN

Solution:

After a long search on SDN and OSS we have found main reason for this problem.

• There is some important prerequisities for replication.  (RFC, SMOEAC and so)
• Some customizings in CRM for Utility industry and in IS-U
• First replicate BUPA_MAIN
• And when it comes this problem there is an important cookbook in service.sap.com /utilities named “Set Up and Load Guide for Business Agreement / Contract  Account” document.
• Do number range assignments
• Fill in one by one all event module values to in ISU: COM_BUPA_CALL_FU table and in CRM: CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU table
• And the most important value you don’t have to miss that causes this problem,
