CRM’de alınan aşağıdaki hataya ait problemin çözümüdür. Symptom:CX_BOL_EXCEPTIONCL_CRM_BOL_ENTITY=============CM009GET_ROOT12 Solution:First do a check of number range assignment of transaction types. Eg: Service order , CRM Activity etc. and check snro transaction for that number range interval.
